Troubleshooting Guide

Welcome to the troubleshooting guide. Here you can find solutions to common issues you might encounter.

Common Issues and Solutions​

Application won't start​

Issue: Application won't start
Solution: Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements and that you have the latest version installed.

Login problems​

Issue: Trouble logging in
Solution: Double-check your username and password. If you have forgotten your password or username, please make a ticket.

Server connection issues​

Issue: Server connection issues
Solution: Check your internet connection and ensure the server is not down for maintenance. Restart your router if necessary.

Game crashes on startup​

Issue: Game crashes on startup
Solution: Update your graphics drivers, ensure your system meets the minimum requirements, and try running the game as an administrator.

Unable to redeem product key​

Issue: Unable to redeem product key
Solution: Double-check the product key for any typos, ensure you're entering it on the correct redemption page, make sure you enter it in as lowercase, and contact support if the issue persists.

Low FPS​

Issue: Low FPS
Solution: If on a laptop, ensure the GPU is being used. Some systems will default to the IGPU. Make sure the loader process is closed.

New to DMA?​

If you're new to DMA and need setup steps, follow these instructions:

  1. Turn off your Main-PC.
  2. Plug in your board into your Main-PC.
  3. Connect the USB cable with the Data Port on DMA to your 2nd PC.
  4. Start your Main-PC and boot into BIOS.

Disable/Adjust the following settings:

  • For Intel:

    • Disable Virtualization
    • Disable VT-d

  • For AMD:

    • Disable Virtualization
    • Disable IQMMU (AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > NB Configuration > IOMMU)
    • Disable NX-Bit (Only if available, CPU Settings Secure Virtual Machine)
    • Disable Secure Boot (If the option is greyed out -> clear all keys)
    • Set PCI Slot of DMA from Auto to Gen1 (Advanced > PCI Settings)

Save your BIOS settings and boot your Main-PC into Windows. Then boot your 2nd PC into Windows. You should see FTDI FT601 USB 3.0 Bridge Device at Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus controllers of 2nd PC. Reboot your second PC and run the speed test. If it's dumping memory, your DMA is ready!

ERROR: dummy.exe - System Error​

Issue: D3DCOMPILER_43.dll not found
Solution: Install DirectX.

DMA not initializing?​

Issue: DMA not initializing
Solution:

  • Ensure you have a DMA device and that it’s plugged in.
  • Make sure %temp%/mmap.txt has been generated and has your memory map in it. If not, manually dump your physical pages into that text file.

Issues with the menu opening or injecting?​

Solution: Ensure you have these drivers downloaded and up to date:

Can't Open Loader on Windows 11?​

If the loader won't open on Windows 11:

  1. Right-click the loader.
  2. Press properties.
  3. At the bottom, tick unblock.
  4. Apply.

Can't open loader on Windows 10?​

If the loader won't open on Windows 10:

  1. Disable Antivirus.
  2. Whitelist Loader.
  3. Run as Admin.

Can't download Loader?​

If you can't download the Loader:

  1. Click on the product's name on the top left of the website.
  2. Then press on download.
